VeriSureHealth Policies

Memberships
VeriSureHealth Annual Memberships and Family Wellness Privileges are non-refundable. However, you may opt out of auto-renewal at any time to ensure your membership does not renew at the end of its term.

Diagnostic Sample Collections
Due to the nature of our products, diagnostic sample collection kits are non-returnable. However, if your kit arrives damaged, we are happy to provide a replacement. Please contact us at support@solutiondx.com with your order details and photos of the damage.

Physician Appointments
Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made 24+ hours before the scheduled time will result in a physician visit credit issued to your Annual Membership Account.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at support@solutiondx.com so we can make it right.

Gift Cards
Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges
Due to the medical and personalized nature of our products, exchanges are not permitted.

  • Test kits cannot be exchanged for different types.

  • Exchanges between members are not allowed.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@solutiondx.com.
