When does my Annual Membership start?

You can purchase your membership now but 12-month membership begins only when you place your first diagnostic order, giving you flexibility to join early and activate when you're ready.

Can I cancel my membership or opt out of renewal?

While memberships are non-refundable, you may opt out of auto-renewal at any time to prevent your membership from renewing at the end of the term.

Can I buy tests without a membership?

Yes, individual tests are available for purchase, but members enjoy priority shipping, discounts, and access to advanced test panels.

How fast will I receive my order?

Most orders ship within 24 hours. You will receive a confirmation of order and when it ships out with a tracking number. Members receive expedited shipping options. Certain tests requiring temperature control are shipped via specialized medical couriers.

Can I return or get a refund for my order?

Due to the nature of our products, even if unopened, returns are unavailable. If there has been an issue with the product and you'd like to seek a refund, please email support@solutiondx.com with your order number and detailed concern.

All VeriSureNow™ rapid tests are FDA-cleared or authorized under Emergency Use Authorization. VeriSureDX™ laboratory tests are performed in CLIA-certified labs following validated methods.

How accurate are the results?

Each test meets or exceeds clinical accuracy standards for its diagnostic category.

Do I need a prescription to purchase tests?

Most rapid tests do not require a prescription. Some laboratory tests may require a brief telehealth consultation, which we handle seamlessly within our platform.

How will I receive my results?

All VeriSureNow™ rapid tests will give results on the spot within a few minutes. All VeriSureDx™ results are securely delivered to your VeriSureHealth Electronic Health Record account (link to your EHR account is on VeriSureHealth.com in the menu bar). You'll receive notifications by email or text when results are ready.

Insurance Frequently asked questions

Can I use Insurance?

Insurance can be billed for telemedicine visits and prescription purchase. At this time cash-pay or HSA/FSA is available for the diagnostic offerings.
